      Pretty much none maybe other than the discounts on the rooms there really is not much more than that that's positive

      Cons

      Just don't work for a franchise. This one was and it's the WORST. They are disrespectful and no room to grow

      Pros

      Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

      Cons

      Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
