      Pros

      - Involved with the day to day success of your favourite sports teams - Get to see and be involved in more than "just" sports; Food, Hospitality, Music, Television, etc. - Lots of excitement and rewarding interactions with fans/supporters - Relatively young (under 35) workforce

      Cons

      - Lower salary compared to field opportunities elsewhere (coupled with high TO Real Estate) - Work hour spikes depending on sporting and music events - Type A personality dominated work environment; stressful and/or disheartening at times - Like many places, office politics do exist
