-Very spanish atmosphere and long working hours (10-12 hours a day at least) -Imposible to fast track, very military like management -Rating system is useless, only a representation of how good is your relationship with your partner but nothing to do with your performance -If you dont say yes to everything, then you will have trouble at work -Economic differences between locals and expats create a lot of tension -A lot of turnaround, most people leave after 1 year if they are not sent abroad -Intelligent people always leave the firm before making it to a management position -Managers, Directors and Partners have very little knowledge about the projects, they are not a support usually
