Pros
Once you establish yourself, they give you almost total freedom to pursue your own goals and projects, all on company's time. Oversight is at minimum and bosses are not pushy. Management is very relaxed and easy going, you can have access to anybody you want.
Cons
Only attendance is mandatory, work is optional. If you're not motivated you'll die of boredom. Managers are mediocre at best and promotions are based solely on who you know.
