Poor HR department - Anonymous employee Magna International Employee Review

A lot of backstabbing and fake people. They will tell you everything is ok but terminate you first chance they get. Company says they are world class but the only thing they are world class at is non existent training. When asked for training they will say yeah we will get on that and it never happens but then ask you why you didn’t know something.
