Pros
Good benefits, profit sharing and wages.
Cons
Poor managemnet style "depends on different divisons". They change policy to fit their needs, does not benefit employees or their families. No work-life balance here. Alot of them promoted within, therefore have no people skills. Yearly bonus which drives them to get more production out of the employees. Quantity over quality, can make a car with a bad part but not with no part.
