Pros
- able to work in a "large" scale manufacturing company - great PR / Marketing Department - excessive bonus and pay structure for management - constantly hiring
Cons
-High Employee Turnover. No director level personnel has been their more than two years. Constantly looking for employees thus need a great marketing group - HR is extremely weak. They do not initially offer healthcare the first three months of employment. Must attempt to negotiate but will waive if going for PM role. - The "con" of the pay structure is that the senior level management is constantly looking to place blame to protect their bonus and thus leads to high employee turnover. Divisions fight against each other over "pennies" - The employee culture/management is extremely arrogant and aggressive. - "Claim" they have a corporate charter that includes respect for employees. Yet the worst offenders are Director of PM and Director of Purchasing - The corporate structure has no R&D department thus the business is not advancing long term
