Cons
I was there as a manpower temp. I worked there a year. I was high on the list for hire in. However I needed to have a major surgery and they said they would hold my seniority placement on the hire in list if I only took 2 weeks off . My Dr wanted me to take a month, but I couldn't afford to do that. I had medical clearance to return at 2 weeks, only to work 1 week and they let me go by not asking me to return the following week. They did not keep their word at all. Also if a work cell had issues and they needed their parts, you had to stay OT until the order was met. They would not keep you past 12 hours. No level of professionalism. Temps treated poorly.
