      Steady hours, with overtime usually

      Cons

      Management is awful Pay is very low for industry Work enviroment isn't well Short breaks and 20 minute unpaid lunches No paid sick time Insurance premiums are high High turnover (VERY HIGH)

      Office politics at times, but you can typically overcome that with productivity, effort and advocating for yourself
