      Tell you anything to get in the door.

      Cons

      Worst management in the industry. Work long hours including weekends. Head of program management has a dictator style. This is reflected and rewarded by the president. Purchasing department has the image of Men's Warehouse. Engineering is led by inexperienced and arrogance.

      Entrepreneurial mindset, forward looking manufacturing company working hard to maintain competitive in the ever evolving auto industry

      Cons

      Office politics at times, but you can typically overcome that with productivity, effort and advocating for yourself
