Pros
My 21 plus years at Magna were good years and I was a dedicated employee. I saw continuous improvement during those years.
Cons
I retired on January 3rd of 2016 and am still waiting for my retirement gift of a clock and a $600 Walmart gift card. When I call HR they keep giving excuses, and to be honest it feels like a slap in the face after giving the company some many years of dedication. I'm posting this here because I didn't know where else to turn.
