      Diverse opportunity to interact with numerous suppliers

      Cons

      For the sake of profit the largest margins Magna largely purchases from the cheapest supplier but holds high standards to prevent OEM complaints. As a result the SQE gets bombarded issuing complaints and tracking them to closure.

      Entrepreneurial mindset, forward looking manufacturing company working hard to maintain competitive in the ever evolving auto industry

      Cons

      Office politics at times, but you can typically overcome that with productivity, effort and advocating for yourself
