      As an American company, compensation is not as stingy as Japanese corporations.

      Cons

      Work culture is cliquish. Depending if you’re able to fit in (by fitting in it means being able to engage in gossip with the crowd), you might be able to withstand the culture.

      Great team to work and grow with, also good learning enviroment

      Cons

      My entry time was not the best timing, during the middle of the war wirh Iran, so work was slow and over 200 people from that site were let go, including myself
