      Pay, Union protection, overtime rates

      Cons

      You are not valued and are just another number. The union allows you to get drafted nonstop which is mandatory last second overtime (16 hour shifts). Union allows lazy terrible workers to have a well paying serious job. You will be stuck on an off shift and have to work weekends. Unrealistic expectations for departments. Big pharma just hungry for money 24/7

      Great team to work and grow with, also good learning enviroment

      Cons

      My entry time was not the best timing, during the middle of the war wirh Iran, so work was slow and over 200 people from that site were let go, including myself
