      1. Hours are illegally long 2. Shift work and on call are required on top of working days 3. Little consideration of consistency & balance in work-life 4. Management can greatly improve or change 5. High turnover and people are burning out 6. Disorganised 7. Toxic environment where you feel like your job is on the line just by saying no

      Great team to work and grow with, also good learning enviroment

      Cons

      My entry time was not the best timing, during the middle of the war wirh Iran, so work was slow and over 200 people from that site were let go, including myself
