      everything is good, work culture is awesome, salary is best in the industry. people managers are approachable. incentive plans are mediocre

      Cons

      dont trust HR, get everything in wrtiting. HR is third party and mostly lie to get you onboard. bargain hard, they give you three chances

      Great team to work and grow with, also good learning enviroment

      Cons

      My entry time was not the best timing, during the middle of the war wirh Iran, so work was slow and over 200 people from that site were let go, including myself
