      Pros

      Great ethos. Strong comp and some flexibility with WFH.

      Cons

      Pipeline cliff is a concern but Restocking with early stage assets and in licensing abound. Strong mgmt hierarchy- gotta know how to play the game if you want to succeed and move up.

      Great team to work and grow with, also good learning enviroment

      Cons

      My entry time was not the best timing, during the middle of the war wirh Iran, so work was slow and over 200 people from that site were let go, including myself
