Management sucks!!.. Really.. I mean not all companies and every one are perfect but there is something called basic of management.. They hire people like tsunami is they want and throw them if they want without any prior notice... Moreover the management only listens to the HODs and the HODs only listen to their sups and lead.. As a artist nobody would be willing to hear us.. Even if they listen to artist they will convince them to adjust and survive in office..I don't about before but recently last two years the company management became worse.. Especially their so called "academy training"... No proper reviews no proper feedbacks from trainers..
