Cons

If you are a hourly employee they do not care about you. There are no breaks. Only a 30 min lunch. Mandatory training in office for 90 days no exceptions. Each manager will train you differently not consistent or formal at all. Terrible turnover in reimbursement and customer service departments.

Pros

Friendly people, challenging work, important mission. US headquarters is a beautiful building. Dedicated teams/departments working together to bring hearing to hearing-impaired adults and children through advanced technology. Management cares about the company culture.

Cons

No real downside to working here. Compensation and benefits for the geographical area are competitive, but could be a bit better.
