The products are revolutionary. Benefits are decent. The healthcare premium is paid. The US office is a beautiful building.
Cons
Senior management has little interest or understanding of the jobs for which they are making decisions and there is no desire to consult those performing them for real input on improving workflow or morale. Attempts to share insight and additional details with upper management is met with condescending treatment and accusations. No “merit raises,” which is what the 3% max yearly increase was termed, have been given since the pandemic began, yet new management positions are being created and managers are being promoted. Favoritism and toxicity are bred by senior management and Human Resources. Decisions seem to be made arbitrarily depending on the employee making the inquiry and the mood of the person making the call.
