      Good pay but slow income growth potential

      Management is clueless about what the jobs entail and make the worst decisions thinking they know everything. They go out of their way to make staff miserable.

      Pros

      Friendly people, challenging work, important mission. US headquarters is a beautiful building. Dedicated teams/departments working together to bring hearing to hearing-impaired adults and children through advanced technology. Management cares about the company culture.

      Cons

      No real downside to working here. Compensation and benefits for the geographical area are competitive, but could be a bit better.
