Pros
▪️ Very diverse environment and staff ▪️ Biggest employer in Innsbruck ▪️ Corporate language is English (in case you don't speak German) ▪️ Above the average salary ▪️ Very parent friendly (especially for new mothers) ▪️ Plenty of perks (depending on the department) ▪️ You can go for many years in the company. Just remember to keep your head down, do what you told and leave the work issues at the office.
Cons
▪️ A lot of internal politics ▪️ Salary above the average but not competitive ▪️ Some employees who are there for a while, develop a false sense of ownership and think they are untouchable or that they deserve a nobel prize ▪️ Plenty of serious issues and internal conflicts are pushed under the rug or resolved with a "mutual" (yet forced) resignation. ▪️ Some apparent women discrimination in salary and evaluation ▪️ Making "waves" doesn't usually end well.
