      Work is in progress to amalgamate field and head office staff but more needed Flexible working can lead to a blurred line between home and work

      Pros

      Friendly people, challenging work, important mission. US headquarters is a beautiful building. Dedicated teams/departments working together to bring hearing to hearing-impaired adults and children through advanced technology. Management cares about the company culture.

      Cons

      No real downside to working here. Compensation and benefits for the geographical area are competitive, but could be a bit better.
