      Hybrid work schedule Neurodivergent staff Excellent dental benefits

      Cons

      Demographics are heavily weighted to white and cis-male 40hr work-week Internal hiring is not neuro-divergent friendly; it feels very much like being hired from outside the company. Psychological/Psychiatric benefits are not as good as management thinks. Therapists should be covered!
