Working with technicians and other longer term employees (seniors) brings great knowledge There is a great sense of community and comradery among the technicians and engineers Company is overall stable and set for growth

Management seems to flounder on decisions, and doesn't stick to what they say Confusion is present in company policies and decisions, and therefore in leadership with new people Company processes don't scale with growth and expectations, often get shifted around and cornered into things
