Thank you for sharing your views. Like many companies, the pandemic provided us a real opportunity to understand how we work best, and given the very complex nature of the work we do it is clear that in-person collaboration is critical to our programs and our business. This face-to-face opportunity is even more critical as we continue to bring on new staff to drive growth. We also learned that a balance of in-office days and work from home days can be effective, and we formalized a hybrid policy to give employees permanent flexibility.
