      1. Collaborative environment (depending on the team) 2. Awesome coworkers 3. Great work/life balance environment 4. Cool work (building stuff for space applications)

      1. Salary isn't competitive 2. Work culture is dependent on the program you're placed on. Some programs can be fantastic to work on while others not so much 3. Not a lot of career progression/opportunities as an engineer
