Pays well, but... - Intermediate Technician MDA Employee Review

There is a big lack of planning. Tasks are created spontaneously without proper consideration. Technician are on their own, no support and no training. Some senior engineer closed to new ideas. No opportunity for advancement. Your salary is not dependent on your skills, but on the worker's union. Sometimes there is nothing to do and other times your are asked to perform too many tasks in an unrealistic timeframe. Layoffs are common.
