      Co-workers are nice outside of work. Stock plan was a win-win.

      Cons

      It's so sad to see so many bright, passionate young people be chewed up and spat out by this meat grinder. MDA is where space dreams go to die. Their employee survey exposed that they're among the bottom 25% of Canadian companies for satisfaction and happiness.
