Cons
Company lives off its strong name. Especially the Transformation Office is a bad place to be - however, the managers will not acknowledge despite really bad Engagement Survey results. There is a complete lack of transparency, direction and no attention to employees' professional development or wellbeing. The managers of the teams think they are the center of the universe, and they don't dare to challenge their own manager. The rest of the org. sees the department as the corporate police. People are not utilised, are frustrated and bored. Many people already left, and most people are actively looking for something else. Little change of progressing your career and be promoted. Don't be surprised to experience nepotism. Too many reorgs. which confuse all the employees. Hardware is a big joke - old and slow.
