Cons
- since they brought new managers the atmosphere worsened - micromanagement is at high levels - stressful (because of inexperienced/non-compatible with the position / culture managers) - a huge chunk of the development is in India and they continue to move it there - more and more Indian managers are hired and they implement that culture in the company - quality is not a priority - they don't invest in your carrier or growth - forget about conferences and external trainings - old tech stack on both BE and FE (although they are moving to Azure now) - the team or any type of culture is profoundly missing - competence is not the key, but obedience is here - best practices are missing - working on the weekends for the releases (I worked on Saturday until 4 in the morning) - if you point out the issues, they will deal with you (I was reported to the HR because I pointed out some of the issues)
