Pros
From 2020-2024 ownership and management were pleasant to work for. They paid commission which was a percentage of mechanical and body labor. Labor rates also steadily increased in turn increasing pay rates for technicians. That is no longer the case.
Cons
In November of 2024 the Facility changed ownership. The new owners do not pay holiday pay, will pay PTO or Sick pay depending on the circumstances. The previous knowledgeable estimator and management team were terminated when M took over. The new owners also produces questionable quality body materials which they test on unknowing customer vehicles. Current ownership began to request unsafe repairs to be done and completely lacked estimating experience to correctly identify damage to customer vehicles. Do not let them dazzle you with supposed chemistry degrees. Current management has little to no experience in the collision field. Technicians beware this is no longer the facility it once was.
