Pros

Worked close to home. Beautiful office to work in. No much else to be positive about.

Cons

Was promised in my interview that I would be hired temporary as a Leasing agent and would receive $60 per unit I leased. I was not allowed to tour properties nor lease. It was explain to me on my last day that I don’t need to be touring or leasing to be a leasing agent. That’s odd because the title of my position, “leasing agent ” is leasing property not only that I was not allowed to make any commission. I was only paid hourly. I felt I could have been utilized far more than what was given to me. I have a BA and had been a Realtor for years. All together my impressions of some the employees has been poor. By standards of where I have worked previously, I have been disrespected, mistreated and yelled at by my peers.
