No support from upper management. No support from team. Everyone just does their job which is good but people do the bare minimum to keep their job.
Nobody works as team. Office staff does not support maintenance staff. Property Managers micro-manage maintenance staff.
Company still uses hard copies of files and maintenance work orders instead of doing it on computer. Unnecessary paperwork required which just makes everything take 10 times as long.
