Pros
Solid company. No games. Try hard to create a solid team approach to work.
Cons
Very poor work/life balance. Managers and Assistant Managers put in zero extra time to get the job done. People at the bottom of the pay scale are left to figure it out on their own. Pay is very low in comparison to the number of tasks expected to perform. Treated like a receptionist, expected to be a super star sales person. Pay scale is that of a receptionist. Exhausted and broke at the end of every day.
