Pros
Pension scheme Internal promotion is encouraged Active campaigns for positive change LGBTQIA+ safe employers Adjustable for employee accessibility Flexible hours 50% off almost all products + loads of freebies at close Long lunch breaks Good as a flexible, short-term job if you're suited to the 'Lush culture'
Cons
Commitment to the brand can lean towards the...intense Experience can be positive but down to luck who your managers/supervisors are - one former employee was a bit of a bully. Have to approach all shoppers - even if they're clearly uncomfortable being approached Corporate goals tend to overshadow personal needs - claim to be accessible employers and can be but also tend to be limits to what they're willing to accommodate long-term - again, depends on the team you land with. All SFA positions are part-time (or were when I worked there)
