      Pros

      They have a 50% discount and I was taught a lot about ingredients in products and there benefits.

      Cons

      I was underpaid every month, I was over worked. I was bullied by the manager, rude and discriminative comments. My last bus home was at 8, I wasn't allowed to leave 5 minutes early to make the bus, even though I have health conditions and I had to pay a taxi home which cost more than my months wage. We also had 10 hour shifts with only 2 half an hour breaks. I left, Lush are a con! They only care about how much money they make.

      Discounts, we got 50% off of most items

      Unhygienic, stressful, money hungry, fear monger. Unprofessional managers both as an employee and customer. Never experienced such low life conditions, manager brought in animal multiple times in store, and made staff clean its pee. Customers were floored, inexcusable and HR is unresponsive. The bathroom is disgusting, and inaccessible. I cannot imagine any one with a physical disability being able to use the restroom. It was so difficult to suck in your stomach, then trip on box after box. They BLOCK the fridge and made us put our food in our tiny lockers. Manager is too comfortable with the amount of time spent within the company to ever fear facing any consequences or repercussions. Even fired staff in the past for contacting HR for help.
