Pros
- look after staff well (50% discount) - is a fun environment to work in compared to a lot of workplaces - training is great
Cons
- supervisors have their favourites and if you aren’t one of them it is certainly noticeable, it can be very cliquey - encourage aggressive sales technique and can be very harsh to the employees unnecessarily if they feel they don’t do this - don’t get recognised for working hard unless you’re one of the supervisors favourites/really loud etc and the ones that don’t work as hard as you seem to get a lot of unearned credit - at Interview for permanent jobs at the end of the contact you got the impression they had already decided who was being kept on based on who they personally liked the best
