Pros
Ethically produced products, training information was widely available, great discounts, great team, easy to work with policies, generally fun working environment.
Cons
Store manager was always complaining about how stressed they were and openly spoke about how they don't use the products. Over Christmas the store manager was often not in store and left a lot of work to the assistant manager (who was fantastic, but that is beside the point).
