      Pros

      I've been in multiple industries and companies in the last 10 years and I thought that being in a bad working culture/environment is just the norm. Since I've joined Luno the Bosses/Colleagues/Work culture/Support is out of this world. Definitely a "there is still hope in humanity" kinda impact to my career life. Will definitely retire here.

      Cons

      Obviously we're just humans. No perfect company exists. Overall if I were to measure the pros and cons it would be 99.99% pros and 0.0.1% for cons.

      Great Culture miss everyone in ZA and the US.
