      Pros

      I have been with Luno for 3 years, and my experience has been incredibly positive. This company truly values personal and professional growth. The opportunities for advancement and skills development have been plentiful, and I feel genuinely supported by management in pursuing my career goals.

      Cons

      However, like any workplace, there are areas for improvement. The pace here is fast, and the workload can be intense, sometimes leading to long hours. Additionally, while the company does offer various communication channels, there can occasionally be lapses in communication between departments which might delay decision-making processes.

      Great Culture miss everyone in ZA and the US.

      None would work for them again in a heartbeat.
