      Pros

      Luno has the best working culture and people among all of my previous companies I have worked with. The working arrangement is flexible and the engineering culture has so much positivity to grow together.

      Cons

      Recent layoffs twice a year and the decision to cancel all of promotion and raise are not so good to retent talents. Salary and renumerations are low compared to local companies.

      Great Culture miss everyone in ZA and the US.

      Cons

      None would work for them again in a heartbeat.
