      Pros

      Great space to advance one's career. There are rooms to make things happen. Manageable workload, work expectations. Friendly culture, coworkers, management, counterparties. Flexible working arrangements.

      Cons

      Industry nature that changes could happen very quickly. Demanding high self initiatives to learn about the company business model, background knowledge and workflow. Too much documents/words to take in since the beginning. Workflow could be documented better with diagrams & checklists.

      Great Culture miss everyone in ZA and the US.
