Pros
Great culture at the company. Takes a lot of care in onboarding and then awarding employees for work. Transparency in everything that goes on around the company. And opportunities for growth, both personal and professional.
Cons
Large company still coming to terms with remote teams working across the globe on projects, but this is more circumstantial than on the part of the company, who is doing the necessary implementations to make processes more efficient.
