-There is always support to help where needed -There is continuous growth in the company -There is always something new to learn -The company offers work from home or in the office and it's optional -Free food and drinks in the office -Free access to Udemy and headspace -Free transport to and from work
Cons
-Because the industry that's fairly new, rules and regulations always seem to change, and sometimes things can tend to feel like it's moving too quickly, especially when we're expected to do things that we're not 100% comfortable with doing yet.
