      Pros

      There is a lot of support. The company culture is great. The company structure is every inclusive. There aren't many rules so there is a lot of room for freedom. Can easily work remotely should there be a need too. That's a lot of learning material

      Cons

      It can seem a bit fast paced especially if you coming in as a graduate with zero years experience

      Great Culture miss everyone in ZA and the US.
