Huge growth culture, which focuses on not only on the company mission, but they have a genuine interest in the wellbeing of their employees.
Cons
The pace is extremely fast, which is a good thing, but also leaves little room for you to be brought up to speed before jumping in on any projects. This may come across as "learning to swim in the deep end" at first.
