      Pros

      Competitive starting salary, good bonus and benefits. London office and culture amazing although dwindling this year. Relatively mature technology platform.

      Cons

      There's a persistent reluctance to take timely or any action for underpeforming employees. In engineering decisions are autocractic with teams having limited autonomy. No long term architecture vision. Requires technical leadership and structure changes to grow beyond current organisation. Although starting salary is good, the salary review process is impersonal and based on perceived market rate.

      Great Culture miss everyone in ZA and the US.

      Cons

      None would work for them again in a heartbeat.
