Hi there, Thanks for your feedback, we're glad there is a lot that you're enjoying about Luno. I appreciate the thoughts on Covid as well. As you know we added 5 days to our annual leave for parents who could take it in hourly blocks to help with childcare, but we realised that this wasn't being inclusive enough so revised this and reset the clock in January to include any Covid-related support that a Lunaut needed as we know it isn't just parents who are impacted. We are constantly learning though and revising our support as we want to continue our Lunaut First approach which has been a key part of our culture, so please keep those suggestions coming!
