Pros
Luno was my first job, which can be very daunting, however they made the transition from university to the working world a lovely experience. Luno treats their staff super well. From the interview stages to actually working for them, you instantly feel part of the team. It is a friendly, caring and diverse environment. It can be crazy fast paced-environment but I find that this only motivates you to work harder. There is no space for boredom here. Your co-workers are supportive and always happy to help.
Cons
If you struggle with change and working in a very fast-paced environment you may not enjoy this job as things do change often. That being said, the team helps you along the way and there is always someone you can ask for help if you need it.
